Matjatji Mothapo is a coach, mentor, and leadership professional, as well as a registered member of COMENSA (Coaches and Mentors of South Africa). She is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Industrial Psychology through the University of London via its virtual learning platform.

With a strong foundation in coaching and leadership development, Matjatji has also earned certifications in social entrepreneurship and leading and managing people from the LORA Centre for Innovation and Entrepreneurship.

Her academic background includes a BSc in Genetics from the University of Pretoria, but she chose to build a 15-year career in Sales and Marketing within the pharmaceutical industry, working with both local and multinational companies and engaging with a diverse range of healthcare professionals.
